Product specification contracts :
Once the factory agrees on our specifications, a product specification sheet is signed for every recipe. This document serves as a contract with all the recipe’s specifications. The factory has to follow the specifications of the recipe sheet according to the COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2017/2279 of 11 December 2017.
